Cancellation & Refund Policy

At WhatsBroadcaster, we strive to build a platform that empowers businesses via the WhatsApp Business API. This policy outlines our procedures regarding cancellations, refunds, and account management.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription payments for all plans (Starter, Basic, Premium, or Custom) are Non-Refundable. Once a subscription is active, the service is considered rendered for the duration of the billing cycle.

WhatsApp Blocking Liability: WhatsBroadcaster facilitates access to the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. However, we are not liable if your WhatsApp number gets blocked or banned by Meta for any reason, including but not limited to policy violations, spam reports, or platform misuse. No refunds will be issued in the event of a number block.

2. Account Inactivity & Deletion

To maintain platform integrity and resource efficiency, we enforce a strict inactivity policy:

  • If an account remains inactive (meaning no active subscription is maintained), the account will be deleted permanently within 14 days of the subscription expiration.
  • Upon account deletion, all data, configurations, and any remaining conversation balances will be wiped permanently and will not be refunded.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.

4. Token/Booking Payments

Token payments made to reserve workshop spots or lock special pricing are non-refundable. These payments represent the reservation of resources and pricing that could have been allocated to other participants.
