Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy You may stop using Whatsbroadcaster at any time. Since our model is a prepaid one-time license, there is no need to “cancel” a recurring monthly subscription for the software license.

2. Refund Policy for Software License Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and the “One-time Payment / Lifetime Validity” model, we do not offer refunds once the account has been provisioned and the license access has been granted.

We highly recommend utilizing our Free Tier or requesting a comprehensive demo before making a purchase to ensure the software meets your business requirements.

3. Refund Policy for Wallet Balance

  • Conversation Credits: The balance in your WhatsApp Conversation Wallet is meant for consumption via Meta’s API.
  • Non-Refundable: Unused wallet balances are generally non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: In the exceptional event that we (Whatsbroadcaster) terminate the service without cause (i.e., you did not violate any terms), we may refund the unused wallet balance after deducting a 10% processing and gateway fee.

4. Refunds in Case of Account Ban If your WhatsApp Business API account is banned, blocked, or restricted by Meta due to a violation of their policies (e.g., spamming, selling prohibited items), NO REFUNDS will be issued for:

  1. The Software License Fee.
  2. The remaining Wallet Balance.
  3. Any Add-ons purchased.

It is your sole responsibility to adhere to WhatsApp’s messaging guidelines to protect your number.
